As a young man I used to spend my summers in the fields of our farmhouse in Italy, in the company of my grandmother's farmers, harvesting wheat, picking fresh vegetables and olives to make our own extra virgin olive oil. The food on our table was only made with the fresh produce from our own land. These precious moments and the education I received from my father - who was a surgeon who was highly invested in a healthy and nutritious diet - deeply influenced my cooking style and approach to preparing my dishes.
I have 7 years of experience under my belt as a private chef, providing several families with weekly meal preparation services. I offer a wide array of dishes from the Mediterranean diet, which I consider as one of the healthiest approaches to nutrition, but, I am very versatile in the various culinary styles, and able to cater for the individual needs of my clients.
